Pretty much... but we have washable wet bags for the diaper bag. Two small ones for short trips, and two bigger ones for daycare. And we carry a little squirt bottles of wipe solution to put on the wipes. I know people that use disposies for going out, but I haven't found this hard, and it saves looking for a wastebasket.
